time required to complete process!!!! Help

I applied for my mother and sisters on July 24, 2008. My file moved to Singapore office on August 9, 2012.
Step 1 Assessment sponsor time is 48 month, Singapore office processing time 62 month. how do I calculate the time ? it is lamost 70 month over. Any one tell me the exact time how can i calculate? please.

It technically works from the time ur docs are reached.

but when files move then there are huge delays.
