Time period obligations to stay in novascotia province

I have got PR for novascotia province and I am moving to Halifax in Feb 2020.
Can anybody tell after what time period I can plan to move to another province for job.

Ethically, you should make a reasonable attempt to settle in a province that nominated you. I would suggest at least 6 months...

You haven’t even moved to the province that sponsored you for PR and you’re asking for advice when you can move from there ?
Seriously? Do yah think you should give the province a chance, or maybe you should put a "bit" of effort into finding a job in the nominating province first, BEFORE posting a question like this ?
