Time of Medicals update

Hello, I would like to know the time ircc takes to process my medicals. I received the order on Friday 19, I had them done this Monday 22nd, and yesterday at night I received the email from the medical center saying they had already sent my results to the ircc, I assume they did that at night. I thought it was automatic but my profile is the same!
I would appreciate any answer.

So I have to wait 7 days to know if I passed my medicals. This process is taking an eternity
