Time of Email for Notification of ITA

Hi all, as you can tell from some of my other posts I don't know if there will be a draw tomorrow.

What I'd like to find out from those who received an ITA is what time during the day were you sent an email or notified that you had gotten an ITA?

It is usually evening Canadian time. For me, the email arrived early Saturday morning Nepal time, in other words, as soon as the draw happened. Some people had to wait for up to 24 hours to receive an email.

You can also always check the Ministerial instructions page to see the latest instructions on score cutoff for the most recent draw http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/index.asp?expand=mi-pr-express#mi-pr-express If you have an EE score above this, then you will get an ITA within sometime. 24 hours I believe.

Are you sure your profile is active? Did you create a Job Bank account?

Hi, Job Bank profile created and activated. Got the confirmation letter in mycic to say that I've been accepted in the pool. My profile says 'Active'.

After that I got a job and updated my profile to reflect the job.

Then you're good to go. Nothing else left but to wait for a draw where the cutoff will be lower than your score. I'm sure that'll be soon. You have a very good score. Good luck!

Where does the profile say "Active" for you? Mine says "Open" for "Application/profile status", and "Accepted" for "Job Bank Registration".

Yes you're right. That's what mine says as well. Sorry Icouldnt think of the wording in the fields.

Ah no worries, got a mini heart-attack there lol. Standing at 481, didn't want to miss the party if there was one today because of a silly mistake.
