I'd like to know how do you find out when your file has been sent to pretoria? We have applied in on the 28th of jan and our medical is passed and rest is in process up to now?

You will have to wait for it to be fully processed.

Hi yes bt it will be 5 months on Friday since we applied and everything is in process since is that possible

Did you apply yourself? I think you have submitted something wrong in your profile, due to which they are taking too much time.

You can send a mail to CIC, with your application information, and ask them for a status update. They will provide you one, if they have any and 5 months is still within the processing time frame.

Did you apply yourself? I think you have submitted something wrong in your profile, due to which they are taking too much time.

Seriously? 5 months is still within the processing time frame. It is not unusual for some applications to take extra time for processing and it doesn't mean they have submitted something wrong.
