Time line to hear from Refugee board after submitting proofing documents.

Dear friends,
The refugee board ask my friend for supporting document and she already submitted the documents by her lawyer. In the letter mentioned that she might get result with no hearing. Is there any one received same kind of letter to tell us how long it will take time to hear from refugee board for the positive result (acceptance) or the hearing date. Thank you.
