I applied for Quebec immigration in 2013 got intense refuse in Jan

my degree is Bachelors in Business Administration(BBA)(3 years)finished 2009 also have related exp
and completed MBA(Marketing)(2 years) in June 2016

total years of education is 17 years, both are Indian degrees

I am just wondering how many points they will give for education?10 or 12 points?

and also for AOT is they will give pts for BBA or MBA(Marketing) where as BBA is in 6 pts and MBA(Marketing) in 12 pts list

Hi Dears,
I have got my preliminary evaluation result in June 2016 in which I am lack of 2 points (55/57), I tried to get 7.5 in IELTS but I couldn't, the deadline was 14 September 2016.
I asked my agent to advise, they advised me to remove my wife from application on that case we would be able to get 52 points with my children, in 12 September 2016 we submitted a change form to withdraw my wife from application for the time being.
But my agent told that its too late, and there is no grantee that it will be accepted or not. I am worry about this situation

Does anyone faced the same situation? Please share your experiences... :'(

I have received an email communication from my agent to submit official Original Parental Consent letter from my spouse (in front of a judge) to allow me to take my children to Quebec. Any advise please?

It means your request to remove your wife from your application has been accepted. Can you please confirm whether your agent received any email from Quebec in this regards.

Go to your high court and get the letter with your spouse. You should get your csq soon. Just make sure you follow the instruction given to you as they requested.

It means your request to remove your wife from your application has been accepted. Can you please confirm whether your agent received any email from Quebec in this regards.

No, he received a request letter by mail, advising me to submit Parental Consent Letter of my spouse to be able travel my children with me to Quebec.
