time line for spouse immigration from islamabad

26 month after file transfer to islamabad.. few case process fast between 14 to 16 months

If you haven't landed yet - you might want to consider adding your family to your applying now as accompanying dependents. As Mrs Sam explained, Islamabad has long processing times for family class applications.
