Time line for Ottawa

Hi ,
Does any body know what is the time line for applying for citizenship in Ottawa ? from day of filing application to taking oath ?

Also I have my office in Ottawa(ON) but my house in Gatineau(QC) . Can I apply in Ottawa or it must be in Gatineau ??

I believe it is based on the residence which is Gatineau.
