Time limit for additional documents

I was requested an updated IMM 5669 and a police certificate, does anybody know what's the time limit for submitting these additional documents?

I received an e-mail on May 31, 2013 and the actual paper letter came in the mail on June 10.

Usually they would state on the letter how many days they are asking you to send the requested documents by. I have seen 60 days from the date of the letter.

But, the sooner the better. If there is no date, then the time you need is open.
