Can you rephrase your question as it is not clear what you want to know? Are you asking when they will start processing 0631 applications? Or do you want to know when they will open the CAP for new 0631 applications? If that is the question - no one knows IF 0631 will be in the next NOC list or not, but if it is, 1 July will be the start of the "new year".
