Time Frame Until Landing in Quebec

We recieved the notice to do the medical and payment of Permanent Residence Fees, FSW Quebec

Can someone provide an approx time frame for the below ? Our Visa office is Abu Dhabi, UAE

1. Request for Passport
2. Visa Stamping

15 days to get VISA issued

On the contrary after reading posts in this forum, I heard that visa stamping at Abu Dhabi Embassy takes an average of 40 days these days ?

My Medical was submitted electronically to CIC on Aug 11, 2015.

Any idea whats the approx duration to get notice to send passports ?

Hi dear I'm in Dubai we got CSQ 25 feb submitted federal file 4 March receive AOR July 4th medical request 20 August medical sent 26 August and now we are waitiiiiiiiiing pray for us and wish good luck
