Time frame to submit dicuments to Visa office

Dear Forum Members,

I have got confirmation from CIC Sydney that my application for FSW has been recommended for further processing in Canadian Visa office. Now I need to provide all required papers within 120 days.

Question is 120 days start from the date my application recieved by CIC in Canada or from the date I have received confirmation from CIC. is this 120 days for visa office or? I just need more time to translate my documents and take IELTS exam!

I think it is 120 days from the date on the AOR.

It is written in the letter or email that your 120 days will start from the date of letter or email.
