Time Frame for Additional Medical Tests CHC New Delhi

Hi All,

I had applied for TWP for myself and TRV for my wife and daughter.
I completed the Medicals for me and my family on 19 January 2012.
On 20 Jan 2012, the DMP asked my wife to have the chest X-ray done again.

DMP said that CHC New Delhi might ask for some furthur tests.

However i got a e-mail from CHC New Delhi today that i can submit the passports 5 days after the Medicals.
Its already 5 days since medicals were done.

Should i wait to submit the passports?
By when will CHC ask for furthur Medical tests after Medicals are done?

Hi Gaurav,

If you don't hear anything from doctor after 5 days of your test then you can send your passports to CHC.

Go ahead and send passports to CHC.

I have submitted my passports on 31 Janaury 2012.
Fingers Crossed now.

Hopefully should get some decision by 10 February 2012.

how many days CHC delhi are taking for work permit nowadays......
its been how many days that you have reapplied.....

Hi,

Here is my Timeline.

Applied for Intra Company Transfer Work Permit without LMO - 7 November 2011
Visa Refused - 16 November 2011
Case re-opened - 21 December 2011
Medical Call - 17 January 2012
Medicals Done - 20 janaury 2012
Passports re-submitted - 31 Janaury 2012.

Awaiting decision now.

When can i expect any news regarding the visa?
