Passport transmission between VFS and NDVO can take about 10 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Also, NDVO won't possibly correct the error in your visa immediately as soon as they received your passport.
You can email NDVO. BTW they are not replying to emails very promptly these days. So, you'll need to wait patiently
