Time Counted as Residency

In determining how much time I have been resident in Canada for PR purposes, do I need to have had an address there? What if I travel around in a camper van for 6 months with no address, but am nevertheless in Canada. Would that 6 months count towards my 2 our of 5 years? And towards citizenship?

The onus is on the individual to prove to IRCC that they meet residency so if you think that works for you then why not as long as you still can show you were in the country. It is all about physical presence not necessarily a physical residence although not having the latter doesnt make things any easier
