Time between ecas medical results received and ppr for a fsw 2014 applicant

Hi all, after long wait finally ECAS updated my file to medicals received. They were done in Oct 15, then further X-ray done Dec 15. Today ECAS finally showed medical received. Does anyone know roughly how long it will be until we get PPR. Our application went in March 14, VO is Paris
