Timeline for PNP October 2014 (medical done what's next?)

Hi everyone, this is probably the nth time to post this kind of topic. Kindly share your timeline if you mailed your application to CIO At October 2014. This is my timeline :

Mailed my application to CIO Sydney, NS - October 11, 2014
Application received by CIO - October 14, 2014
Received my AOR via email - March 09, 2015
Received my medical request - March 18, 2015
Medical done - April 15, 2015 (It was kinda late due to fully booked clinic)
Medical received - ECAS doesn't show the date CIC received the medical results but my medical results have been received before April 22, 2015

After medical, I wonder what's next. Will it be PR or RPRF?

As I know, next is they gonna require u to RPRF
Than IP than DM. If u sent perfect application.
