Hi!

I'm opening this thread to share timeline between the 2nd AOR and "In Process"/"File Transfer" at Buffalo. Let's share the timeline.

Bonny

Time Between 2nd AOR and "In Process"/"File Transfer" at Buffalo is pretty small time, but long waiting time period is after "In-process" to "Medical Request" then after Medical send to RPRF-PPR stamp !!! this is the long actual process and time consuming, in-process to medical request path takes too much time at Buffalo, even Buffalo is very slow this time to RPRF request - PPR stamp visa.......

How long was it in your case, i.e., 2nd AOR and "in process"?

I got it in 20 working days. some people get it within 7 to 15working days too..
after that relax and wait for medical request or go through instruction mentioned on your e-case or by VO email.

In October 2010 VO asked me to submit project details which I done with my last employer, I sent it technical documentation I dont know why VO asked this stupid documentation (VO mentioned that rpoject documentation should be minimum explaination of project will be 10pages and maximum will be 15pages only), still e-case is in-process.

Hmm... that was pretty quick; I wonder if they are keeping the same kind of timeline! When did you get you 2nd AOR?

2nd AOR mostly issue when VO recieved full documents, but in process is take time when VO review your eligibility points. right now process is too slow at Buffalo , and its take long time to in-process status after getting 2ndAOR.

Anyone else who could share the timeline?

I sent my full documents to Buffalno on July26'10, and recived my 2nd AOR on Nov27'10, do not know when they are going to process, Ecas still shows "received by Visa office"~~

Hope I can get the ME before June, is that possible?

I am in FSW3.

The time for RBVO is becoming longer every day, I got my second AOR on 30 April, 2010. Still RBVO on ecase. I sent a address change request to Buffalo no update on that as well yet just a reply but not the procedure. but the email from Buffalo contained an interesting line
which is
As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo

My status is still RVBO on ecas but what is the status at Buffalo don't know

That's interesting.

I think I saw some cases on this forum where their files started moving pretty fast after the 2nd AOR from Buffalo; i.e., either Buffalo started processing their files themselves or they transferred the file to other visa offices across the US.
