As you told me Canadian college (B C)
Is a private college so it would be not wize idea to apply
But I tried too many times but could get ielts more than 5.5
My question is if I apply from that college and get visa then If I am inside Canada
Can I change college
5 years before I went to Canada as a visitor with my parents
So I was little confident that I will get visa
I need your advise
Many thanks
Hi,
According to official CIC rules:
As a post-secondary student
You may change your school, program and/or field of study without applying for a new study permit. You do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either. You may continue to use your study permit as long as it is valid.
If you are changing your level of study (e.g., bachelor's to master's), you do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either.

Usually, you need to 1st take admission to the new course you are changing to, show the offer letter of new course to your present college/university, and officially withdraw from your present course.
So, you can change over to ANY recognized post secondary educational institute in ANY province of Canada (except Quebec, where CAQ is required), provided you get admission.
BUT, again to get ADMISSION in new college... you will need to have a minimum IELTS score (6.0 to 6.5) as required by the college. So, at the end... you MUST improve your IELTS score.
So, again..I'm telling.. IMPROVE your IELTS score...and then directly apply to recognized college, participating in OCWP+PGWP.
Best of Luck.
