Through which province for immigration?

Dear all

I am a French citizen, I live and work currently in France as teacher , I studied in Quebec/Canada to get my ph.D (doctorate in materials science) in 2008, my son is Canadian citizen, he is 15 years old.

Now, I wish to immigrate for good to Canada in any province except Quebec...

Through which province, and through which process, should I submit my application to increase my chances to be accepted quickly??

You will have to look to see whether you qualify. Assume you are over 40 so you may not have many options. Jobs in academia are extremely hard to get so I would make sure you can find employment in Canada before moving given your specialized skills. Are you fully bilingual?

Yes I am bilingual. Also I am ready to study again to complet a bachelor in education in order to become a teacher as I read that the english speaking provinces of Canada need teachers for the intermediate / senior schools in french language...that is true?

Unfortunately not true. Canada has way more teachers than teaching positions available. I know a few teachers with French language capabilities who are having difficulty finding full time / permanent roles.
