Three Times Refused should apply again or have I been Black listed.

Hello,
I have been refused three times for my PR visa after staying in Canada fro 6 years. FIrst I had missed the deadline for submitting few additional documents and second was a date mismatch in PCC and third was a strange one. I Have 2 years and 5 months of work experience in Toronto but they only considered 1 year and 10 months that is 3 years from the date of application. I would like to go back to Toronto. Should try again with a brand new profile. or am I been black listed. My CRS Points was 452 which was including study in Canada and 2 years and 5 months work in Canada. I am currently 34 years and age is a factor. I had made a small and simple life there. I hope some one can guide me to right path.

Thank you for the response, May I ask one more question. Is there way I can find out why my third application got refused because the reasoning given to me is a bit short.

Order GCMS notes. Search the forum there's plenty discussion and instructions on how to order it. If you are not in Canada you might need to find someone to do it for you.

Don't give up. One lady got refuse two times and she recently got PR on her third attempts. Take sometimes to review ur documents before submitted and make sure every thing cover all your mistakes

The date was miss matching because I think I had submitted the previous PCC.
