Three roles in one Organisation in Three Years

I have three different roles in same organisation Started my career in 2016. I have selected my NOC based on the latest role which was from Nov 2018.I have promotion letters from the organisation as well.Kindly give an opinion.

It's fine as long your job in that organisation has been continuous for at least a year.

But my designation and noc submitted is based on current role in which i have not completed a year ,Rather i have been working in same organisation since 2016(3 years).
