Finally got the letter today! I couldn't tell when I was actually approved as a sponsor so I called CIC and they told me the Approval was on September 30 and my file was transferred to Manila Visa Office on September 30 as well.

Here's yet another long wait!

My application to sponsor my husband was approved Sept 21, and his application began processing on Sept 30. We applied to the Seoul Office, as an outland application

I have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor for my husband as of 27/9. Yeah!!! It was faster then I thought. Now our file is on its way to Guatemala.

Just to confirm I got the letter and it say the sponsorship approved, so they are working pretty fast! For all of you waiting don't give up it will come soon! Good luck!

My husband and I tried to check our application status thru ecas but there was no information yet , guess , our papers are for still for processing.

Hopefully, each day that comes , we can hear approvals for those who have applied earlier than us. Everyday ,there is always something to look forward to . Goodluck to all of us September 2010 applicants . and let us keep our prayers for our loved ones and that all of us will have our processing time following what is on CIC's time.

hey guys...........i just checked my ecas and it says my decision made on 4oct they hav sent letter to my hubby........so atleast first step cleared hopefully.i am so happpy........
