Is there anyone who got ppr recently in last 2-3 weeks....are you guys are permanent or temporary resident of US?

I think they give priority to them. Anybody who is not US resident got a good news from buffalo?

I really wish that were the case but from the sampling I've taken by asking around, there doesn't seem to be any pattern. Your app in fact looks to be moving as fast if not faster than mine. I'm a US citizen btw

Not sure if the following is correct or wrong. By just googling 'CIC ATI', I'm guessing ATI = Access to Information.

Also came across the following page... from reading it, seems under some scenarios they are exempted from providing information.

I sent mine April 3rd from Canada and the tracking number still doesnt show it has arrived.

Thanks for the responses guys! We sent ours on Friday April 6 from the US with express 1 day shipping so they will probably recieve it today. I wonder if Coprs get returned faster when sent from the US since it's within the same country..?

Hi Guys,

Another episode of sadness in my immigration file life...As some of you might know, we got a grammatical and typo errors filled response to our e-mail reg medical results not being posted on e-cas. We had sent them an e-mail asking what further examination is required. They responsed after one whole week with the same way, but no grammatical and typo errors that further medical examination is required. They have not lanswered us any question, such as "what additional tests are required, what proof of completion is required to be submited by us, and can the further medical test be done by our DMP?"

We are given a 30 days deadline to submit the proof of completion. I don't know what needs to be sent as of now. Frustrateddddddddddd

Did anyone had to go through further medical examination? Do they specify what tests are required? How do they communicate the additional test required- e-mail or letter? who can do the further medicals?

I dont understand why it is needed, as my husband is perfectly healthy and fit.

Honestly, its getting ridiculous beyond anything

We sent out copy of passport to Seattle on the 26th march . Still no word and I keep checking the fed ex tracking number to see if they have sent the Perm red card. I suspect with the Easter holiday we are looking at sometime before the end of the month. Hopefully!!

Did your medicals expire? Because that's what it sounds like, they probably just need an entire new medical.

I just checked the processing times, it went back up to 75 days for stage one. SIGH! Hurry up CIC-M!

Is it fair what they are doing? I'm Indian citizen, temporary resident of Canada(student) and 10 year US visitor visa holder. I got my AOR after 2 months since file get to buffalo. Don't know how long will take to just get in process phase.....

It sounds like normal processing time based on what they list. It doesn't seem like unfair treatment... and sometimes they just take longer to actually show an update vs. it actually being in process.

With any luck it got there Monday the 30th, and that week was a short week by virtue of the long weekend. I believe CIC (like other gov't orgs) had Friday off for the stat and if CanadaPost is any indication, today as well!

No. my husband's medicals don't expire till Aug...I think the DMP messed up..When I call my DMP's office, they say they have nothing to do with the test results anymore...They asked me to contact consulate for more info on further medicals...The receptionist just said, " I can't help u..Goodluck" and hung up....

We sent them a fax today...No response...I am nervous...and losing patience at this pt...
