First off, chances you will be refused are quite low for Buffalo & Co. If the file is closed at the point at which the VO refuses the PR application, you can get a refund for only the RPRF payment but doing so would not allow you to file for an appeal, I believe.

If by change you do get turned down. How do you go about getting your refund if you paid for everything up front?

No, it still says application received. The only new thing I could do was access ecas using my UCI now as well as the app number for my name. Hopefully it will switch over soon.

And yeah, as GO said, you need ten posts then you can add the timeline info.

I'm so glad I read that! You and I were transferred to LA on the same day, so I checked ecas and they've added:

"We started processing your application on January 31, 2012.
Medical results have been received."

I was actually getting worried about the medical forms since they were sent separately, so this is doubly great news! Huzzah!
