Who knows what is going on there. I emailed them back stating that they had told me they had it so we shall see what they have to say about this. We did send away for a second FBI certificate back in June but have not received that as of yet.
Why cant Buffalo keep track of stuff that is sent to them? *sigh*

Latest update:
A decision has been made on "__________________"'s application. The office will contact "__________________" concerning this decision.
When I check the tracker myself, under the Permanent Residence Application Status it says: "Decision Made" and the following:
We started processing "__________________"'s application on August 2, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on "__________________"'s application. The office will contact "__________________" concerning this decision.
What does this mean? It can't be a good sign... can it?
Any insight is appreciated.

I responded to their email that they sent that indicated that they had our certificate and asked how I could assist them in getting it put in our file.

Lysiana said:No, we did not have an interview. Before this happened this afternoon, the only communication we had was the AOR dated Aug 2, 2010, that my husband received on Aug 6th, 2010.
@ heatherusa
We were married in February 2010. Canadian-American; neither of us is naturalized; we are in our mid-20's with no prior marriages.
There's nothing really peculiar about our relationship.
@ SaugaBoss
Thank you for the encouraging words. I really appreciate them right now.
This whole immigration process will drive me to drink....
