Ya minku9! Isn't that exciting! I saw your comment there too! I checked previous posts from that user on that thread and found out that he filed his app. at CPC - Mississauga on May 7th; Sponsor approved, file transfer to Delhi Visa Office - June 14th; PPR letter received - July 13th; Got visa today - Aug 4th; eCAS changed to Decision Made today!!!!

Congrats Laura..You are 1 step closer to your PR..Medicals are usually received after CHC has determined your relationship is genuine and now all they have to do is the background check pretty much..you could have PR in September at the rate CHC London is going :D

WOW!!! ur next buddy!!! im getting nervous now!!! if this is the trend (and being optimistic here) we culd hear something by the end of this month??

Really Britincana? My status states "Medicals Received" and processing of your application started on July 7th. eCAS showed these details first time on July 13th. I wonder if they would've evaluated relationship genuineness that early? If that is so, im so glad =)

I know i'm being very optimistic too! Hoping to get PP with VISA by end of the month or 1st week sept. Im already looking at flights around that time for sheer excitement =)

My medical results showed as received straight away too - suspect that different countries might do things in different orders - either that or we might be very lucky!
 
I just got a letter from buffalo...

In regards to the pregnancy and reporting question. The letter has a form to fill out for changes that may have happened including births. so i would fill it out and add the news to the letteR and you also change youraddress on the form :)

I kinda wish they would do away with the karma thing.. it doesn't seem to indicate who gives better advice or anything for the most part.. some people who are very knowledgeable have a bunch of negative votes! Oh well.. :)

I thought I may hear from Buffalo today (my ecas was updated on a Thursday last time) but nothing. I'm not feeling too bad about it though.. I'm in the middle of moving to a new awesome apartment! :) I just got cable and internet hooked up today.. and still no furniture except a bed, hehe :)
 
sbwv - hopefully people know who's advice is sound compared to questionable! yours is high enough where i'd believe you, despite the negatives. that's my take, for example. now someone with -50? maybe not so much. if i were being attacked by it, i'd probably let the admin know.

I was hoping to hear this week also since we sent off at the beginning of may and they forwarded to b'lo on june 14. I am extremely discouraged. The stress is really getting to me. We are now living apart in order to be here so my daughter can adapt and get in to school and I am unemployed and living in my mums basement... doesnt get too much worse than this for me :(
 
:( I'm so sorry, Heather. I lived apart from DH for seven years total.. this is the first time in our relationship we are living together, but I can't even really relax and settle in until I am 'official'. Maybe your DH can join you as a visitor soon.. that's how I got up here :)

Are you in the Toronto area? If you are, you should check out the meet ups :) You can also PM me if you want.

dont worry ! they did give a date of june 4th, all the applications forwarded on june 4 are being processed now
