If I remember correctly, you only have a receipt number, is that right? And you were able to log in with the sponsor's last name and birthday, etc.?
I am hoping I'll be about a week behind you!!!

Yes, I only have a receipt number and I used my last name and birthday (I am the sponsor). I'm sure you will be able to log on by next Saturday night if not sooner!

Now, I need to figure out what we need to send to Quebec...

They seems to update their system Monday/Tuesday, I am sure your PR application status will change to "In Process" next week.

my file was transferred on 21 apr 2010 from CIC to new delhi visa office. but till date i cant see any changes on my status. i really dont now whether my file has been reached new delhi or not.

As i see on Samrupl and other forums, New Delhi is taking approximately 30 days for initial processing of file once its transferred from CPC-Mississauga. Also this time is written on Canadian High Commission New Delhi Website. The followwing link will directly take u there.

guys just to let you know that delhi office hasnt send me no email that they had started processing my file. may be they dont want to waste their time sending emails.
fingers crossed just wish they ask straight for passport real soon.. :

one more thing the canadian embassy people ringed my wife before they started processing my file in canada. so you guys make sure that your partner remembers all the information ;D

and after how many days they asked for it after they started processing your file in india

Congrats samrupl........i just can see my sponsor's address and the place where they write click on the underlines status to check ur application, I cant see any underlined status. I dont know what means. I checked through my receipt no.
