and just like Christmas, sometime you get stuff that you don't like. Let's hope that today will be different!

they add 3 days every week!!!! >:(

OMG 55 days! :'( :( :'(

Hi folks,

I'm back after a short absence. How's everybody doing? Happy with the processing times? 8) LOL!!

I have no Immigration news to report from my side, but I'd like to let you know of some updates to our spreadsheet. You will notice a few minor cosmetic and functional additions to it:

First, I've added at the top rows the names of forum members who applied in June and who are still pending notification of sponsorship approval from CIC. That would give us an idea when our turns are getting close. As June applicants get notified, I will be removing their info from our sheet in order to avoid clutter in our list. You can still check their progress in the June spreadsheet. Note: the June EADs that are in bold characters are the ones that have exceeded their Estimated Approval time as posted by CIC. Who knows what's happening with those!

Second, I've updated our respective EADs to reflect the new 55 days processing time posted on CIC's website as of today.

Third, I've removed dutchboy54's info to respect his request to be removed.

Ok, so in general, things have been moving a bit and I get the impression that in many cases applicants have been approved or requested documents but for whatever reasons they have not received notifications in a timely manner. I hope that that's the case most of the times and not because CIC is not moving fast enough. All in all I'm positive that us July applicants will get news before the stated EAD.

Good luck and stay strong!
