Thread for Febuary applications

Dear all.

We finally received a letter this morning stating that my Canadian girlfriend has met the requirements to be my sponsor and that our paperwork was being transferred to their office in Seoul, Korea.

It's such a relief to finally receive something from them! However, we still can't sign on to e-CAS, but for those of you interested here is our time line so far:

Application sent (from Korea): February 9th
Application received (CPC-M): February 12th
Decision letter received: April 1st (although it was posted March 10th)

That's excellent news! I was just coming on to tell you my time line but it looks like it doesn't matter anymore since you received your good news.

Hope the Seoul office works hard and gets it done fast!

Now its time to send the Quebec application and wait for that step to be completed... yay!

We are doing an outland application and we sent the file on feb 17th in Mississauga, and now news yet, even on ecas too, so sad for me. :-\

hi arcuva, wow that doesnt look normal at all for a first stage spouse sponsorship. sorry to hear that. i sent mine in the same time as u and got approval letter on the 17th of march, so i think u should give them a call.

hi everyone, singapore started processing my wife pr application on march 26th. anybody on the same boat as me? how long untill i expect to hear anything from them? thanks.

we already called and they told us, that they are seeing the files until february 8th now, accord to this:

I think we don't have other choice than wait.

arcuva we are in the same situation. I am sponsoring my wife and CIC-M got our application Feb 17 2010. Apparently some of us are stuck in the slow process pile

please once you get news let me know since we are the same day, i will do the same when i will see something on e-cas or in the mail

my wife just called she got the AOR and PPR today in the mail!
