ok so you dropped down the first part to client id right then the space below you put four numbers dash four numbers right then the next is the sponsors last name (person doing the sponsoring)then their birth date and their country of birth

Yup done all that (same last name anyway) and i tried my birth date and my country just incase and tried it with UK as that was where he was living (again just incase) i just tried calling and they wont speak to me, but my hubby works the hours that they're open to call! Typical lol

I just never heard of it not working weird.Ok try this go into e tracker put the info in see what happens

Did that a while ago :p Been checking it myself as i thought it was odd that i'd not seen anything esp after having contact from london

Well i have no idea why then other than they entered something wrong, maybe they entered the number wrong or switched your infor to his you will def have to get ahold of them, and it is weird did you call cic in mississauga cause their message says that either the one doing the sponsor or the one being sponsored is allowed to get info.Did you call the call center in mississauga cause there you need to enter the client id first and if it proceeds then the number is right if it does not proceed then you know the number is incorrect.

Ecas has become my addiction i think.Im constantly checking as i dont want to miss something they may want.If i knew then what i know now,i remeber saying that about my life too lol.

Anyone who has experience from Canadian embassy in Manila ?? My husband and I have faith , we pray a lot and we feel that our real love will really bring us , very soon together in Quebec, Canada. Good luck to all of us who in our hearts are really filled with love to be with our families in Canada:)

Hello,
I'm currently in the process of sponsoring my spouse who lives in Manila.
Here's our timeline. Hope this helps!

Step 1: Canada
Sent application to CPC-M via Xpresspost: Feb 17, 2010
Application rec'd by CIC: Feb 19, 2010
Decision Made: Mar 16, 2010
CIC letter rec'd in the mail: Mar 22, 2010
(letter, dated Mar 16, states approval and that PR application sent to MNL)

Step 2: Philippines
PR Application IN PROCESS: Mar 30, 2010
Letter from Cdn Embassy rec'd in the mail: Apr 16, 2010
(letter, dated Mar 30, states that PR application is being processed, requests for passport to be sent)
Passport sent to Cdn Embassy via courier: Apr 19, 2010

Now, we're just waiting for further directions from CIC. Hope we get to be with our spouses soon! :)

Sometimes they ask for the passport to verify,i cant imagine it would be approved in one month.Another on this thread sent their passport to manilla 106 days ago still nothing dont want to burst your bubble but there is no way they got the ap on the 30th and approved so it seams they wanted the passport to verify.

The letter my husband received in Manila states "To ensure the timely processing of your application, the document(s) and information we have requested should be provided to us within forty-five (45) days from date of this letter." They only requested for my husband's original passport in that letter. You may be right. However, I do know some people who sponsored their husbands and got the visas 2.5 months after the Cdn Embassy in MNL received the application. Either way, I'm just looking forward to being with my husband soon.

Hope everyone is doing well with the tedious process. Stay true to your dreams and they will come true

Well KTong it could be possible i guess let us know.I hope it is for sure then you can get out of the loop and move on right, good luck

Wow how can a family sponsor app be in process for 2 years.i seen on another thread they put there app in in 2008.????
