Yes, and he was not helpful at all. Because I that, we did not vote for him in this past election...

We are considering getting a immigration lawyer...seems like we should have done that 10 months ago...

Nothing here! I ordered a second set of CAIPS notes, to find out what is going on...
 
Just when you think you've crossed that line.... As hadn't yet got PR card and landed a while back spent the last two days ringing CIC (thought those days had gone) to be informed that my photographs were inadequate and my application for pr card had been passed to local immigration office to deal with. Amazingly they have eight weeks to do so, I can't contact them as that isn't the process that's followed...so still waiting.

Good job we didn't book flights to visit the uk for Christmas, and bizarrely the photographs are the exact same o es that were suitable for every other stage!!!

At least my application for permanent residency was consistently delayed at every stage ??? ??? ??? ???

Hang in there FloridaNative, this set of notes must be able to show you're in the final run!!!!
 
My kid got VISA last week and family has landed today. Best of luck to all the members.

I'm a December 2010 applicant going through the Port Of Spain Visa Office.
I should have joined this thread ages ago. Well better late than never.

Just wondering, is this thread for all Dec applicants or mainly for Dec applicants- outland sponsorship?

I belong to Inland 2010 thread, and just thinking if I'm welcome here. lol

Hi iam from December batch but up to now no visa yet i already did my remed my application is already 10 months.Is there any december who havent got their visa yet?
 
December applicant here still waiting....I am currently waiting on my second set of CAIPS notes to find out what is going on. Ordered them over a month ago...

My medicals expired last week. I am feel quite hopeless about this situation. We feel like we have some how fallen through the cracks.
