I did too. But now, they don't have many more excuses for letting our applications continue to sit around! Get moving, Buffalo! :P

Yes, except they seem to have skipped over the Dec/Jan applicants, and now are processing the Feb/March applicants >:(
 
I wonder what would happen-if everyone in this forum who is still waiting sent the SAME inquiry about why December and January applicants seem to have been skipped...

I was pondering that earlier tonight. Would suddenly receiving a few dozen emails from DIFFERENT people in the same timeframe make them wake up and realize something is amiss? ???
 
I thought of that but then didn't want to piss them off ;D

I'd love to have my wife here by our anniversary next month though :(

Spiritac, palamr & moonpie : I suppose you guys are at your last stage and were requested for the RPRF, which you guys have already paid. Am I right ? Any progress with that ? You are next in line for the PPR !! I am really hoping they send it to you ASAP !
 
I sent a email to buffalo explaining that I already paid the fees and sent a scanned copy of the receipt 2 weeks back. I got a reply last week saying that an email will be sent to CPC Mississauga to request proof of payment.

I am planning on sending another email sometime next week, asking them if they did receive the proof of payment.
 
Hmm..Okay. Hopefully they should have it all sorted out for you by next week. I am wondering if there is a way to ensure they have received the payment from Mississauga before hand. I want to avoid this 2-3 weeks of delay :(
 
It created a two month delay for us so far, paid 26 April, no update or mail or letter from them but cic call centre informed us last Monday that recepit of payment was confirmed on 2 June and London had been notified....but still no news :(
 
My Husband and I didn't pay the RPRF until after the fact either. We mailed the receipt in April and by the beginning of June it had still not arrived. I was advised by CIC to fax the receipt with an attached letter to 905-803-7392. The letter simply stated that this had been mailed, but had not yet arrived. Due to avoiding any possible delays in the processing we were faxing it.

I called into CIC yesterday and it was confirmed that it had been received and Buffalo had been notified. I wish we'd known about the fax line sooner!
 
Yeah, we faxed it through too, on the day we paid it, still waiting, its not a good wait is it :(
 
Sparkle.. We are faxing a copy to Buffalo and to Mississauga to confirm the payment we are not overly concern since we are both together already and understand that its a process the only regret is that we could have paid it sooner as we were instructed to by our attorney.
 
Inl - Have you called CIC to ask them if they have received? I was waiting for a letter or email, but it never came. I had to call and verify. Maybe try faxing again. What a pain, but hopefully this will all resolve quickly for you!
 
I wonder if it's a good idea to fax them before hand and ask them to ensure the payment info has been sent to Buffalo. I called CIC 2 weeks back and they said they transferred the info with my file on Jan 26.
