hey all...

need your urgent help...
today my husband called Mississauga and asked about our landing fee which we paid in april after ppr. but they said they have not received anything.
they suggested my husband to fax the receipt of landing fee..
Can you plz tell me should we fax the same receipt to Mississauga only or we should fax it to new Delhi too ..
what else we should do to fasten-up the process.
how long it will take to register our landing fee at New Delhi??

I already said fax to both the places and more over once CPC-M receives the receipt details they will intimate by email to CHC ND forthwith with reference to your file number. Hurry up, all the best

yes dear... i have both the numbers..and should i add a latter along with the receipt...in which i will mention evry single thing..

and plz tell me..how much time it will take to sort it out..bcos its already 5 months

i hope dis week we get visa..
actually when i check with file number no address shown from 25th aug, today when i check with client id it jsr showing two lines as i paste obove...
did u have any idea when usually ECAS status changes???? i mean wht day or timing

Yes it my individual experience buddy, twice happened with me, once two lines in the ecas status/address disappearance, same week I got additional documents request letter and next time my ecas status changed to process and more over I have seen in this forum of earthgurl, she got two lines in her ecas status before decision made. So trust and hope for the best.

Recently again my address has disappeared and ecas status having two lines.

Yes kindly mention in the covering letter to CPC-M regarding the telephone conversation dated today and request to confirm CHC ND as early as possible and below copy to Visa Officer CHC ND for info please. Dont forget to quote UCI, File number & CAIPS.

So that the fax will be cross linked at both the end, once CPC-M confirms CHC ND via emergency fax/email, your file will be immediately taken in to notice of the VO and you can expect good news within a week.

no they didnt ask me all but just putting for u all.....i was asked abt wife's background how she came to canada (even though i wasnt in contact with her at that time), why we married so late if we already knew each other, why she got her pr so late, why she stayed with u for so lesser m time , why she never came back to u after marrige, where do her parents live n some personal question which they cant ask u.......
2 people who were b4 me were rejected n i feel tht these days they r rejecting alot of marriage cases in interview........wht do u say yug n harry

My wife got her passport Today. They stamped the visa on 31st of Aug. Mailed on 2nd of this month.

We are staying in bangalore.

if officer give u all pics n documents bk and keep ur passport thats means they have no doubt...
u ll get ur visa for sure soon but till wht date no idea's....

Whoa! One thing I noticed is that its usually tougher for husbands who are sponsored by their wives! :-/

yeah i had 5 people interview before me ....my frnd was waitn outside and he heard thm all talking that they were rejected ....some of thm came with the partners too but they still got rejected....i think the best think to do is file a interview waiver with the application ...my lawyer was stupid enough to know this ..
