It has been around 3.5 months since they are holding your PP,ask your wife to send a CSE .

Around the same time, you contact MP and explain the situation...you should get a feedback within 10 days..either CSE or MP.

I think they might have screwed up with the meds cuz under "In Process" it does not say Meds Received like most cases.

My status is in process since April 08th. It's a routine case, first marriage, no additional documents asked. Last time I checked CHC was busy with my BC. I guess as I have spent few years in Australia so it;s taking them bit longer. I'm from Delhi.

Nope it does not. But I have confirmed with ND, they have my medicals. Don't worry CHC does not update "medical received" for everyone.

Guys, Suggest me something...
as per DNT's colorful spreadsheet.... they day the people get decision made, they receive pp the same day or next day or next day i.e. if its Decision made on 4th August, they will either receive it on 4th August or 5th August or 6th August but not late except than some cases.
I live in shimla... shall I expect it on Monday or it should take time?

naa they have ur meds, its not updated for all...mine never had the medicals received line for 5 m,onths 8)

manisha dont worry abt ecase it just give u an idea abt ur file but as we all had discussion tht we cant rely on ecase so dont take tension abt it........u can ask ur lawyer to send a cse 4 asking update n with tht he can also tell them tht medical was done at canadan bla bla.........

sam it depends sm people receive it next day ecase changed to decision made some 3 or more, normally it take 3-10 days so u shud wait for cming 2 weeks maximum but i feel u will receive it within next week ......
