Here are my timelines

App. Filed - March 23, 2011
Approval from CPC-M - April 26th, 2011
File Received at CHC - ND - May 10th, 2011
PPR Letter Generated - May 18th, 2011
PPR Received - May 23, 2011
PP recieved at CHC ND - June 7th, 2011
E-CAS Status: Application received at ND on May 10th

Can you guys also share what does your E-CAS status say?

yeh mate cic website says within 6 months from the date the application is rcvd at New Delhi but it depends it on indvidula's case n takes between 2-4 months normally

What is the New Processing time for India?

my wife just left to canada yesterday and its making me upset as we spent one month and now we are alone. This is the 2nd time she came to meet me after marriage.
now cant take it anymore.

Hello Im back with more questions. Sorry about the bother! Want to get everything right inshallah.

1) The Common Law Union, Use of Representative and the Medical Condition Statement forms do not apply to us. On searching the forum I found out that some people have included the forms and marked them 'Not Applicable', while others have not included these forms at all. I want to know what the usual done thing is for ND. Do I not include them? Or so they hate seeing missing documents? Please help me on this one.

2) Having said that, I was thinking that I will send a signed 'Use of Representative' form to my husband for ordering CAIPS notes later on in 2 months time, so that he could attach it with IMM5563 form to request the CAIPS notes.

Did I get all of this right? Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

1. You do not have to include these.

2. I can't remember how the use of representative form looks like, but I just ordered mine and here is the consent form, IMM5475 and of course u need IMM5563

Once your eCas says Decision Made, usually you get PP back between 2-5 days...what is your eCAS status...please share your timeline.

First of all apologies i think i accidentally clicked report to moderator and replied there, extremely sorry. i hope they wont do anything to your ID, so the ecas is showing the status as Decision made from more than a week. and i have not got anything in the mail yet.

i have seen e-cas updates on wednesday, saturday and sunday....


but there is no set time...some people have seen updates on other days too...

Ecas can update anytime...there is no specific day!!! Do take some time to read some previous discussions in this thread...will clear a lot of ur doubts and also get a better idea of how ND works...! u seem to be a little nervous...we are all here to help each other relax...so...just chill...stay positive and look forward to ur visa!!!

depends on the location where the pp is going...usually within 2 weeks...

When did ecas change to decision made? sometimes there is an update change but the pp is not dispatched until a later date.

it took 3 days for ecas to change to DM for us after the visa was stamped and then it was dispatched 6 days after it was stamped.. and finally reached on the 10th day.
