OMG...........even my E-cas got updated 2day and I hope its a good news...i don't wanna freak out as in yet. finger crossed but i so happy........it seems the wait is finally over,..........but waiting for passport to get in my hand..........yippieeeeeeeeee!!


We received null ***************** application for permanent residence on March 22, 2011.

We started processing null ********************** application on April 21, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on null *********application. The office will contact null ***********concerning this decision.

I am kind of freaking out already - so many decision made's on same day? I dont wanna think negative but I read it somewhere that for someone it said decision made back in Feb and he/she is yet to get the passport back - am telling myself, the wait game is not over until that postman comes home...

my ECAS says the application was recieved on APRIL.11 for my husband...
and there has been no PPR
or any update on it.....

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who got visa!! I received most of my good news (PPR, 'In Process' and 'Decision Made' statuses on eCAS) concerning my application on weekends as well.

New Delhi seems to have cranked up a lot of visa before the long weekend.

My wife will be landing soon

BTW, whoever was keeping track of all the application timelines on Trackitt.com on behalf of members of canadavisa, should probably update it now...

Finally...all documents, cover letter and photos emailed to my wife and she has got it all printed out and ready to go out in a package together with her passport. She will speed post the package Monday morning Hopefully, ND will have it by Tue, or Wed at the latest.

So glad it was a long weekend, took us a long time to get everything sorted out. Now I can focus back on everything else again.

File Transferred to New Delhi: 05 Apr 2011

This is the first instance i am seeing this..ecas not updated about the interview date but the applicant received a letter for interview..

which is scary as now we can not really trust ecas 100% when it comes to scheduling an interview..

Yeah and people won't always get the letter with enough notice now that they are scheduling the interviews so close. Another srike against ND.

Some good news from my side to finish the week on a better note.

She got the PPR letter from CHC-New Delhi. The letter was issued in 15/APR/2011 and received on 21/APR/2011.

Well, congrats febpr!!!
