This is good option, go visit India wd ur Loved ones.

few suggestions regarding visiting Agra.

There are two Monuments on the way from Delhi to taj...approx . 3-4 kms before agra
1. Sikandra tomp - Akbar's Tomb.
2. Gurdwara Guru kal Taal - Belongs to Shri Guru teg Bahadar Sahib ( 9th Sikh Guru)

3. Do visit taj, but do hire a guide there..it will cost you 100 - 150 bucks
benefit - he will explain you full story, regarding each and every construction, he will click very nice pics , coz they knows very well about photography.

4. Itmadulah tomb - its on the other side of river, but very near to Taj

Please Note - dont visit on friday - as friday all Monuments are closed for public

Then there are few gardens to see and also Agra fort.

Now important thing -

there is a town called fatehpur Sikri - 35 kms from Agra on Agra jaipur highway.

Dont Miss this beautiful Old charm....we Liked this place more than Taj.
there is Buland darwaza, Chishti tomb.
And Palace complex, which contain sooooo many beautiful buildings...like rani jodha bai mahal, panch mahal, diwan-e-khas, beautiful garden, turkish bath etc etc.

And Also regarding your hotel stay

I suugest to stay at fatehpur sikri @ hotel goverdhan biz tourist complex....(book room online before , as this is high season for tourist)

Fatehpur Sikri is better, coz its quiet and cozy place, than Agra which is loud, soo much traffic noise and pollution.

this all will cover in one day and one night

@ Goa visitng guys.

I had stayed at hotel neelam grand resort near calunghute beach
Its beutiful hotel wd, resturant, bar, swiming pool and pub.
Its near to calunghute beach, which is prominent beach of Goa.
You can Hire a bike just outside the hotel wall....Bullet will cost you 500 and Pulsar and other bikes @ Rs. 400 per day ...and its fun driving bike there
Its good to roam around in Goa on bike, i have sen big Church there, and few temples.

I read it on trackitt.com that there was some issue for users and the medical recived line was removed and it came back for few of the, don't know what they are doing, but looks likes it's just a glitch so no worries

I'm a silent reader of this thread. My sponsorship was approved in November 10 and now I'm in the waiting game to get my spouse's done. The PPR came in early December and almost seems like the processing has come to a halt. I have a couple questions.

Can i go to India and visit my wife ? If yes, How long can i stay ? Since the process has been a while I was wondering if i will be able to stay for 4-6 weeks there and then when my wife's PR get issued bring her back with me ? I'm a Canadian PR and not a Canadian citizen

Will there a problem if me and my wife fly together with her being a first time entrant with PR ?

A lot of ppl ask this, you should have no issues flying back with her to canada..its a normal landing for her and an entry for you..
As for how long you can stay in India, there is no time limit if you are a citizen...
I am still not sure if immigration ND will even know that u are in the country..enjoy your stay
