If they issue 416 per month i expect them to work 30 hours a day. The way these f %^&s are working in 2011, i would expect them to issue 200 visa's max..slow f^&%$s

it would be good to know what target did they had in 2010 for Spouses from new Delhi then we can at least see if they are going to slow it down or keep the same pace, may be Mayank ( the guy who posted the 2011 targets ) can put some light on this

Hello Folks,
My parents received my wife original passport with visa and they are expect to ship original passport,IMM1000 via courier services soon. My wife expecting to land some time next month at peace bridge buffalo,NY from USA.

visa received on:24/02/2011
ND visa office messed up with mailing address of my parents, however we are happy to receive original passport with visa late but sound.
And I wish good luck to all our thread members and wish for more visa incoming days to our thread members...this thread have been great8!

That is weird your letter said not to send courrier, mine told me to send it by secured mail.

As for update... nada today..

and 5000 visas for spouse... it's a target... no way no how will that happen. I think by the end of last year they were in the 70 to 80% range of their targets. Which if it was similar targets then its still an extremely high issuance. This has to include children as well, which we don't hear much of on this site. The rate they seem to be moving there is no way they get through 400 a month, although I guess everyone who applies isnt on this site..

Wow congrats, that is a terribly long wait. You started in June? Why was there a 5 month wait from PPR to your interview date. What state is your wife in?

Thanks, yes it is long long wait.Yes, I applied for sponsorship in June.
Our sponsorship was return 1st time, we choose visa office Buffalo, NY and in order to have permanent application process from Buffalo, NY USA.Applicant must be living in USA for a year, in which case my wife has just been living in USA for about seven month. So we have change permanent application visa office ND and resubmit sponsorship application.Luckily our sponsorship application was not on back queue,sponsorship application was approved quick and file was immediately transfers to ND visa office for further process.It was ND visa office which took long time to process further....anyway at end long wait paid off....me and my wife we both are happy
Well my wife is in Minnesota, she is a graduate student.

Good thing that I can track the movement of my speed post online on the India Post website in case I need a proof later I can provide it, you never know lol

Now the last session of the waiting game begins, Hope we all get fast visas.

After how many days was your AOR delivered to you after you were approved by CPC-M?

I am approved on 16th by CPC-M and waiting for my AOR from CHC-New Delhi.

I got approved on Feb 1 and it showed on e-cas on Feb 13 that ND received my application on Feb 7.

Their mailing section might be available for half day i think,the postman know the embassy inside out so no worries.

I know how it feels when something is not reaching and is on the way just because they did not send the letter as registered mail that sucks.Next week PPR should surely come for you.

On Weekend there is no movement on this forum lol as its all holidays
