They only said to pay my RPRF but they also requested me to fill up time gaps from IMM008 Schedule 1 question 11 coz I filled that up wrongly.
NO PC or PPR was requested.. with that RPRF payment request They also send me back all documental and pictorial proof which I sent them to proof genuiness of my relationship.

Guys,

am so happy to share this with all of guys My lawyer got my PPR today.. it was dated Dec 2nd.. so it has taken 20days or so to reach montreal.. Thanks a lot guys for all ur wishes and prayers!!! nw shud wait for the visa.. I will be sending my ppt by tomo mostly.. I wish every1 good luck!

Hi all,
I have also seen a case on other forum where a person's medical was going to expire when visa was issued so VO gave him 1 month extension on medical.
It is all in their hand. I doubt that by showing iternary to ND, the process timeline will change.
As iterenary also shows the ticket booked on Date.

It is about luck also.

This mail is dated 3rd Nov 2010.
6th Nov 2010 was visa expiration date.

"Dear applicant,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada at our office. Please note that your medical examinations have been extended until 06 December 2010. This means that you have until that date to do your landing.

Please be advised that your visa has been issued and that your passport will be sent back to you as soon as you send to us a pre-paid air way bill. Please do not forget to quote your file number when sending the pre-paid air way bill. Please note that you have 5 days form today in order to comply with our request. "

They can extend the visa expiration date also.

Thanks for all the help,support and kindness. We have been approved, perm residence has been granted to my hubby(visa issued). Hubby is waiting for the passport with visa stamped on it. Really excited now.

Update: just got a email from New Delhi for my case specific inquiry.
i had emailed them a copy of my CSQ. they confirmed that they received my CSQ and provided a file number

thanks for the response akrk. we have similar timelines for filing the application (ours was on aug 6), but our PPR came through only on dec 9th. guess you are right - i should look at a total of 6 months timeframe.

Yes sonia, but that 6months time frame is after the sponsorship approval. i..e once its forwarded to new delhi,

Congrat, see hanging in there pays off, just before x-mas you got the letter, remember when you received an email saying you cannot get info as you are not the representative. I got the same and a week later the letter came. Congrats, Quick question though, why was the letter sent to Montreal? Aren't you in india?

Oh just an update, my wife sent in her PP on Monday, via speed post, and ND has already received it, as she got a call from the courier company, saying it was successfully delivered, I was shocked, when she told me. wow, lets keep the wheels moving on the rest of the process.
