They started processing my file on May 5, and last week a visa officer( I believe) wrote to me asking for me to send my address in Nepal, India or Bhutan, since I am in US....which I did....so now it has changed to decision made..... little worried.....and thanks.....

just ready for interview.My interview is on next week.
Prepare everything,,phone bills from both sides,,text messages from both sides.emails,yahoo conversation history,skype call & chat log.
greetings,skype snapshot galary pictures,,. wedding album,reception album,,ring ceremoney picture,,and some outing pic of religious places.

Guys give me any other advice what i should take with me to prove them about our relationship.???

Updates....
I got updates on my ecas,,,,,it says DECISION MADE...

I am trembling with fear.....its a relief that decision has been made....but since I have no idea what it would be I am scared....

I hope it is a positive one.....

I checked my ecas at the mid night yesterday....pass midnight, I must say...and it was not updated....but after probably 6 hrs...I checked again and there was an update......

By the way....no address is shown in my ecas.....some said canadian address is updated....none....is it a bad sign????

Hey guys!! My uncle went to the office in New Delhi on my behalf and picked up my passport with the other documents!

I can't wait to have it in my hands!!! Which will be in 3 weeks, my aunt is going to bring it to me for me!

Tourist visa is valid for 6 months if you manage to get it.

Sadly, not always. My husband was able to get a visit visa for just one month whereas his mother's was 6 months, even though they applied together.

What is the email id when they send the sponsorship approval CPC-M? In case if it ends up in the spam folder, we can safe-list that email id.

Does New Delhi CHC has a different email address?

Hi friends,

I applied for Canadian PR on Nov 2010 and got my file no: on Feb 2011.

This is what is shown on my online client application status

"We received your application for permanent residence on November 19, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 2, 2011".

After this i didt get any updation. Its stated that it will take 8 to 12 months for processing visa. It's been more than a year since i got my file no. How long will i have to wait for my medicals? Can I still have hope? :'(
