Embassy. They don't Answer phone calls, and when u get lucky with someone on the phone, they don't give you much information- it's like they just sit on your file and not look at it.

Yes the Canadian high commission in ND are bad with replying, but at least their processing time is 6months, which is one of the least from any other country, it even beats the US! And the US have gore people working at the Canadian embassy here (Gore who actually do work and care), but yet it takes a
Year in the US oppOsed to 6months in a 3rd world country! China it takes 5.
I know some of u are passed your processing times, and that's the fault of either the particular VO working on your case, or it has something to do with the complexity of your case.
They said they won't email u back if it's

Over, email them again and again! And include in the subject like "it's been past the normal processing time" or something like that!
We do have the right to know about our cases and what's going on, but if these people arent getting back

And experience with the main office in Canada, maybe that will

Also, just don't lose hope. Keep thinking positive, you won't get anywhere by being negative and
