Hey guys! I hope everyone is well, and taking it easy! For those of you who are still waiting after PPR,
I hope you get your decisions made soon


My lawyer still has my files and is looking over them!

I've been thinking a lot about my situation. I'm just very skeptical about going to India and staying there, because I've never been back- and don't remember it at all. I have never stayed away from my parents or even far from any of my relatives, and I don't have anyone close in India,
Except for my grandma.

When passport is requested, that's not a problem, there is always someone from
The family who goes back n forth to India, who is trustworthy enough to keep my PP and hand it over to ND, but if that happens, I'd worry that they would call me in for an interview
And I wouldn't be able to go from the USA, because they will have my PP!

I just want to reason with my chances of getting an interview. So can someone tell me what reasons can there be that they would call you in for an interview? If anyone on here doesn't mind sharing their personal reasons of why they got called In for an interview- it would be very appreciated it and helpful! You can

That said, what's an interview waiver and does filing an interview waiver gaurntee you that you won't be interviewed?
