My brother-in-law got the passport back through registered mail on 30th august. The visa was stamped for 23rd, so I would say 5-7 days. And registered mail is used for security reasons, to send important stuff like passports, important documents and stuff...

With in four working days you can expect PP+Visa+Documents at your home address. Usually CHC ND sents via registered Indian post only.

hey guys my mailing address also came back but instead of my address they put my lawyer's address in canada even two weeks ago my wife sent the letter to cpc miss mentioning that our lawyer is not representing us anymore so pls remove his all contact info. what a mess they are not organised.

When I click to Permanent Residence Application Status Tab ,


We received XXX XXXX application for permanent residence on May 18, 2011.

We started processing XXX XXXX application on June 30, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on XXX XXXX application. The office will contact XXX XXXX concerning this decision.


My wife’s File No:

XXX XXXX Decision Made


I hope this mean PR application finalize at ND.

I wish everyone got their PR soon from ND.
