m jst confused, as i got email from ND yesterday... is it final review or still i have to wait for it??
its been more than a month sended requested documents+more than 3months after interview??

it was automatically generated letter..asked us for three things:
landing fee, if not paid
police report, if not submitted and
passport.

so, how should i go about this? i already submitted landing fee and police report. so, should i write a cover letter saying that? do i need to send a proof too, like the fee receipt??
also, i have a question..do you think i should send a proof of continuous contact since i came back to canada? we have some phone bills and skype still pics. well, they haven't asked for it, so i am hesitating. what should i do?

then u have to send passport only with covering letter by indicatin that u already submitted landing fee+ police clearnce...
abt other proofs u can only send them when they ask for it!!!!

if u like u can send covering letter along with ur pp n copy of ppr but i didnt do tht i just send my pp with ppr copy, n u can send the after marrige proof but i wud suggest u to not to send tht bcoz vo hasnt asked u n if u send tht it may delay ur case............
n suggest u to send ur pp through bluedart courier service normally it takes them 1 day to deliver it to nd

Why are you so afraid? If your case is a genuine one, you shouldn't be get afraid at all.

Since your case is under final review, it means it's a positive sign. For all you know, your visa is probably being issued at this moment already.
Don't take offense, I know how frustrating it is, but sometimes, you have to be super duper patient, especially with VO's like New Delhi.
Let's give these people at the VO's the benefit of the doubt too, they are working on thousands of files each day, not just Family class, but other classes as well.

Like I said, take the email response as a positive sign.

The PPR letter that every applicant receives from CHC is very generic. It always says provide landing fee(if not already paid), submit police clearance (if not already submitted) & submit current & any expired passports. So, there is no need for you to worry about submitting landing fee or even sending them any proof for it because these wordings are part of their PPR to everyone. But it won't hurt to include the copy of financial receipt along with passport and kindly mention the same in the covering letter.

FYI : Don't sent any extra documents unless demanded by VO !

Inland or outland appeal ? It depends on the case and varies around 12-24 months !
