If it was the MP - Like i said it is B.S, If they need medicals done THEY WILL SEND YOUR PP Back.

Sorry to add...if you did not get the re-medical letter what happened to your PP?

You need to be more cautious with this..and know the truth ASAP.

are u saying that if they ask us to do remedicals, they send the pp back?? I think ur right.. Somebody is definitely playing games with us.

when i login using my detail it does not show my address but when i login with my wife s details it shows her address. Status is In Process. Any ideas why my address is vanished

i think it soon gonna change to decision made and u will recieve ur passport with visa stamp........

I was just painting a what-if scenario and IF your MP was right abt re-medicals and you never got the letter.

If i remember correctly, they send a letter/form to do a re-medical and your PP.

Once done i think the DMP sends both to CHC ND.

I am not sure if the applicant mails the PP back or the DMP mails the form & PP.

But i think they do return the PP to do re-medicals.

Totally agree with fprince here, you need to get your wife visit CHC ND...ASAP. I understand she is two months pregnant right now, but it will be even more difficult if she has to go later. And you don't want your case to get delayed to a point where your child is born in India. It will be a big hassle and delay if that was to happen.

I know man, what else do you do though?

I just don want this delayed more...MP is a piece of crap in your case and so is CHC ND when you try to contact them.
And just get everything done before the medicals expire as she can not re do the medicals at this stage...hence i asked you to go to ND in person to get this done one and for life.

applied for sponsor my wife got aproval on 14th may,then they forwarded her file to newdelhi status changed to application recived in newdelhi on may 30th after that did not get any letter to my wife or ppr.
in this case total 80 days no news from delhi to my wife,and iam in toornto i was thinking to send them an email.????wat do u suggest shld i wait for one more week and email them or shoul i email them right away?????
jus curious.

Your file has been in ND for just 6 weeks and what exactly do you think about asking them in a email?

@mirmukaramali: I have already told you this on your other post too...you seriously need to relax and be patient. One month is no big deal, the processing times are 3-6 months after the file is transferred to New Delhi, and in your case, barely one month has elapsed. Be patient, inshallah everything will be alright. There are so many others here in far worse situations. You really need to relax and you will get to hear some news soon

And like fprince asked (Im curious too), exactly what are you going to ask them in your email?

i can understand the pain to b away frm our love but we cant do anything praying tht get visa v soon as 2 of april people got it u can see at table

If i ordered CAIPS notes, will that delay my application process? and how do I get my husband to sign the use of representative form? i'm sponsoring him so he's the applicant and i can't submit the order without this form? will they accpet scanned/signed copy?

We understand....the point is
you can not email ND randomly cos others got it in 2-4 weeks.

DNT - got it after 10 weeks
I - got it after 20 weeks 8)

$hit happens, so we can`t expect everyone to get it within 4-6 weeks and this is normal and nothing to worry about.
