DNT2003 - its ur week ! good news is coming :)

DNT, your CSE should be replied this week or so...
Next option you need to look ...MP if no PPR for 10-12 weeks from CHC ND.

I was at the mosque yesterday and was having a discussion with one of the elder person, he was asking me about my case, and I mentioned to him that I've sent an inquiry, he said no use, you should just find a CONSERVATIVE MP near your work place, and ask them to help you, as they will always reply to the MP, and specially if the MP is from a Majority Government!

I really hope I don't have to take the route of MP, but if worst comes to worst I might, and for that I will ask you few things, but I will wait until this Saturday to see if they get back to me with the CSE and / or maybe a PPR

My friend, from my personal experience.
You will get a reply for your CSE as your case is unusual like Mine, they do reply to unusual delays.
Your MP will also get you the same info, but it is hard for you to convince the MP as they go by the guide " 6 months in ND " and will ask you to wait.
Hold on tight for the next few weeks, if you do not get a reply for your CSE ( after 3 weeks ) then contact your MP, i am here to guide you.

Congrats!!! Finally the wait is over for you.

You have been waiting for long. May God bless you with something good this year. It's time to enjoy and party.

Cheers!!

Ecas got updated today to 'decision made'

Hey DNT2003,
You can approach a MP, but they will only initiate an enquiry to CHC-New Delhi if it’s close to 6 moths.

Although they have not replied to your CSE, I am dead sure they have looked at it and are processing your file. They might not have sent you the PPR, but for sure they have opened your file and reviewed your case. I have seen them not replying to CSEs but opening the file.

In one case, the applicant’s medical was expiring in 4 weeks and she wrote a CSE. They did not reply to CSE but the e-cas status changed to decision made in the weekend. This is clear case where the VO was sitting on the file without any knowledge of the medical expiry date and CSE gave the trigger.

So they do look at CSE and you will get PPR. But you know the dreaded word which I hate "PATIENCE".

Cheers!!

FebPR, you are 110% right.

The only thing i hate to Tell DNT2003 is the scenario where the file is delayed in Ottawa ( as in my case )
CHC ND does not have anything to do with this and they forget to send the PPR as the File ID is not created
..once the file comes in after a month, they completely forget the PPR and work on the case and wait for the PP.
They will tell you about this when you send them a CSE or MP email.... this is a very rare scenario but very bad it really screws things up for us.
Usually if this Office does not send a PPR out within 2 months, there has been a delay in the file as most of the applicants get it within 2-6 weeks.
Hang on my friend....

Hey Buddy,
I hope they move your case faster. People applied long after you have received their visa, which makes the waiting game more and more frustrating. Please New Delhi.. do something.
