Does what you see in e-CAS vary if you lookup by the Sponsor's Client ID vs. the File Number? I've been looking up e-CAS by my Client ID so far as my wife hasn't got the PPR yet, so no File Number.

I'm just wondering if there are updates I'm not seeing because I'm not logging in using the File Number but using my Client ID instead?

The info you same is the same regardless of what you use to login. Same info.

Ecas is only useful little bit when ur application is in canadian shores..........once it leaves canada then .....u cannot trust ecas..............mine till tady it says that application received but no updates........................

so dont worry............................nd is working on all files........................hope everyone get thru as soon as possible......................

the average time is 6 months..............so those are near to that mark it is time to rejoice ...........shiny visa is on the way............. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Anything works, but some courier companies wont send to P.O Box..depends on your courier company.

So back on Canadian soil and came home to find a weird update on Ecas.

I checked that thing yesterday and there was nothing, now, today and suddenly says under PR - "In Process" (which the info states that's when no decision has been taken).

Then when you click that they have added to lines:

-We started processing XXX XXX's application on March 30th, 2011
-Medical results have been received (this was there originally and then went missing in Jan)

I am worried now because they said they approved the visa after his interview yet now they are processing??? I don't think he will see the visa anytime soon now.

Are you going to trust eCAS more than what an IO said to your husband in person after the interview??

eCAS should be meaningless for you now.

I'm sure your husband's visa is on its way!

eCAS should be meaningless for you now.

Can you tell what is the date on letter, when your application reached delhi and in which city do you live.
