nope...paying the landing fee upfront is a very good thing....reason being is that if u pay them letter...they verify all the details from ottawa and other sources...
so...giving them the full money and then just waiting for the visa is a good thing....

Apparently its a programming error. They are switching systems, creating problems. As far as her file still saying app received, so does mine. It was received Jan 17, 2011, they've asked for docs, ppt, fees and booked the interview. There is no rhyme or reason to how ND operates.
